Who can purchase tickets?

You can either purchase by visiting the CRE after July 7th - July 30, or at BVJ July 31 - Aug 3, and from Aug 4 – Sept 12 at 12:00 noon. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase a ticket.

In office and phone purchases will be suspended during July 28 – Aug 3.

The ticket money raised goes towards supporting the various programs that the CRE offers for the community.

- CRE offices: July 7th at 12:00 - July 30th at 10:00
- CRE office from Aug 4 – Sept 12 at 12:00 noon
- Big Valley Jamboree: July 31 - Aug 3 at select ticketing locations

How do I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets by

A. visiting the CRE's main office at 4250 Exhibition Dr, Camrose, AB T4V 4Z8.

B. Purchase directly from a raffle kiosk during BVJ. You do not need an email and now you can pay by cash, credit card or debit card. The winner will be notified by phone immediately after the draw.

C. Calling 780-672-3640

Question 6

How do I pay for my ticket?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by cash, debit, or credit card. You are required to fill out the ticket stub with your name, address and contact info, and you will receive the main ticket.

Do I have to be onsite to purchase tickets?

Accepted Answer

You may purchase tickets at the CRE, by phone or in person, or attending BVJ.
The purchaser must be in the Province of Alberta to purchase a ticket.

Unfortunately not this year.

Question 9

Can a group of people purchase tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes but only there will only be one person’s name written on the ticket. The CRE and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes between group purchasers.

Question 10

When does the draw take place and how do I find the winning ticket number?

Accepted Answer

September 15, 2025 at 3:00 pm in the CRE Office – 4250 Exhibition Drive, Camrose AB T4V 4Z8.
The winning ticket number will be posted on the Camrose Regional Exhibition website on the day of the draw. The winning ticket number will also be posted on CRE social media accounts.

What if I win?

Accepted Answer

The CRE will make every effort to notify the winner including by phone or registered mail.

The winner has 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. Photo ID and the required paperwork will need to be filled out after verification of the winning number.
