The Foundation

The Camrose Regional Exhibition is founded, establishing a central hub for agricultural excellence in the region.

Early 1900s

First Exhibitions

The first agricultural fairs are held, establishing the CRE as pioneer of the Camrose community.

1980s

Major Expansion

Significant investment in facility upgrades, allowing CRE to host regional festivals and corporate gatherings.

1993

Big Valley Jamboree (BVJ)

Big Valley Jamboree finds its home at CRE, bridging the gap between rural culture and world-class entertainment.
